This is a comprehensive treatment of ways to cope with modern day problems especially mental health. Easy to read and structured to be read as a whole or specific areas of interest. A must read and real value for money.

Excellent!
At last, an overview of a complex but fundamental topic - evidently written by someone who wanted some answers and was able to navigate trending hype. I know there's no magic pill, but I hadn't really grasped how things interact and fit together. The tree analogy leaves branches and roots, is obvious with hindsight, yet new to me. I love it.
A great manual for life.

This book covers many aspects and approaches to achieving a happy life, creating through the 'tree' metaphor a holistic model for thinking and acting with regard to the search for happiness. Brings together a lot of strands. Many of these are of course accessible elsewhere, but that is acknowledged and used in references. Overall, well-written and consistently very clear and accessible. The tone is friendly and relaxed with nicely put helpful suggestions, not dogmatic in any way.
Helps with self-awareness and maybe self-development. Philosophical but accessible.
I enjoyed reading it and found it valuable in many places. It succeeds well in summarizing and synthesising many aspects and approaches within a complex problematic. and reflects wide reading and long thinking. Would happily recommend.

Toolkit for a happier life.
A great addition to your library. Whether you read it cover to cover or dip into particular themes. My approach was to pick particular themes read and digest, take the messaging on board, practice the techniques or dietary tips and revisit and reflect on the experience. Well done to the author for making this book available to all!
